Trinity History Tour

Sunday, August 13, 12:15 p.m. | Meet at Trinity

Tom NoelTrinity is lucky to have a famous doctor visit us on August 13!

Tom Noel – aka "Dr. Colorado" – will join us for lunch at 12:15 p.m. before leading us on a walking tour to the sites where Trinity was located prior to the move to our current location at 1820 Broadway in 1888.

Tom Noel is the author of 50 books with the most recent being Colorado: A Historical Atlas, which was awarded the High Plains Prize for Best Western History Book in 2016. In 2015, Tom was the Grand Marshall of the Denver St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Tom received his Masters and PhD in history from the University of Colorado and is currently Professor of History at University of Colorado in Denver and directs the Center for Colorado Studies at the Denver Public Library.

On August 13, we will enjoy a box lunch (order when making reservations), a brief program, and then walk to the 16th Street Mall to take the shuttle to Larimer Street to begin our tour. The cost is $20 per person. When we last offered this experience in 2014, it sold out quickly so make your reservation soon!
