Martin Luther King Day of Service

What it is:

Martin Luther King Day: A day ON not OFF! On Martin Luther King Day each year, volunteers from Trinity will team up with other volunteers to embrace a large service effort. Volunteers will have an opportunity to paint, hammer, move boxes, take care of kids, provide lunch, organize and just have a good time getting to know others in the spirit of service. In 2014, we visited Estes Park to assess flood damage and make a plan to help with flood recovery. Save the date: January 19, 2015.

How you can help:

  • Help organize the fleet of volunteers from multiple organizations that will be involved this year
  • Help on the day of the project

The Trinity Connection:

Trinity has always been a church involved in service to others. We can once again take an opportunity to be here for good by creating and continually enhancing chosen MLK service day projects each year. The day of service is only ONE DAY; so make it count next year and volunteer your time on Martin Luther King Day. Make it a day ON!
