Adult Small Groups
Small groups are at the heart of Trinity's ministry. Many groups meet weekly, some monthly, and even on Sundays during the Sunday School hour. Whether you're interested in joining a group of people that share a hobby, a reading group, or bible study, there is definitely a place for you! Don't see a group you are interested in? Let us know!
Trinity Young Adults (TYA) is intended for adults who are young or "young at heart." TYA aims to foster fellowship, friendship, and faith within a small group setting. Sunday gatherings begin with a "check-in" in which everyone briefly tells about any life experiences, professional matters, concerns, or joys that they would like to share with the group. From there the discussion proceeds to a topic of the day, often based on a chapter from a book the group is reading, worship liturgy from the church service that morning or current events of the day. Periodically TYA will arrange additional meetings outside of church - gathering for lunch, a picnic or a fun event like bowling. Group meetings are Sunday mornings at 9:30, currently via Zoom.

Homebuilders is a fun-loving, down-to-earth, relationship-building group of adults. We’re open and real with each other, as we honestly seek insight. We are Christ-curious and Christ-following. We range from age 40-ish to 60-ish--some of us single, some of us married, some of us without kids, some of us with kids (many with teens and older kids, as well as some with younger kids)—all of us on our own spiritual journeys, supporting each other as we move through life.
Our discussion topics run the gamut--from spiritual to current affairs; everyday life to United Methodist principles; experiences of joy, gratitude, fear, love and families; and everything in between and beyond. Group currently meets Sunday mornings at 10:30am via Zoom.

2x2s Growing In Faith Together is a group that gathers in any number, welcoming single, married, divorced and widowed individuals who have a wide variety of religious/spiritual backgrounds and beliefs and a desire to spend time together on Sunday mornings and beyond. Most of us are over 50. Sometimes drawing on the gifts and opportunities of midlife, we explore the challenges, benefits and possibilities of faith and create a safe place to share, listen, laugh, cry and connect with each other.
