Connectional Health is open to serve the community and its members. The clinic is located on the first floor, inside Trinity United Methodist Church. We have two separate therapy rooms, and will be offering individual, group, couples, and family therapy. In addition, we are offering case management support services to help connect individuals with resources to ensure success and stability. At Connectional Health, we are focused on the individual and helping to identify ways to care for their mental health. We thrive to help our clients establish a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle.  

Connectional Health looks to provide the local community with expanded access to whole-person care intent on improving emotional and physical well-being.
